The Master of Business
Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Strategic Leadership is intended to
prepare management personnel with the skills necessary to empower organizations
to face challenges, create opportunities, and establish themselves as
viable centers for productive work. The degree is multi-disciplinary
and integrates course work that focuses on leadership development rather
than the typical broad-based business curricula. Admission into the
program is restricted to those students who either have a baccalaureate
degree in business or receive special approval by the graduate business
faculty.
