The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Business provides a broad-based business curriculum that focuses on developing both analytical business and general managerial skills. The program allows the student to select fifteen (15) credit hours of business administration electives in courses of personal interest. In selecting a major concentration, students may prepare for careers in small business or domestic and international corporations. The degree prepares the student for careers such as marketing, sales and advertising, finance, consulting, project management, and human resources. This program is offered both through classroom lecture and distance learning.

Program Prerequisites: 12 Hours

Prerequisite to the M.B.A. program is a bachelor's degree in business; otherwise, the student must either have had the following classes or their equivalent or must take the courses.

Required Graduate Studies: 6 Hours

FIN6186 Managerial Finance 3 hours

Business Administration Electives: 15 Hours

Minimum Requirements:
• 24 semester hours applicable to the degree must be completed at Amberton University.
• 36 semester hours for a degree, excluding prerequisite courses.
