Amberton students and faculty are eligible to obtain a TexShare card that can be used to borrow books from many university and public libraries all over the state of Texas. TexShare cards are issued for only one session at a time. Completed applications may be submitted in person, by mail, or by fax. The cards will be available after the first class day of each session. For more information about Texshare, please visit their website. The following link provides information related to participating libraries and electronic databases included in the Texshare system.

Interlibrary Loan
A reciprocal agreement with other universities allows Amberton students and faculty to borrow books or obtain photocopies of journal articles that are not currently in the Amberton collection (usually at no cost.) To request an item by interlibrary loan, print and complete the ILL form (book or journal) and return it to the library in person, by mail or by fax.
